Walk with Archbishop Tutu: South African Travel Seminar Course

The Very Reverend Dr. Michael Battle returned to the School of Theology and Ministry this July to once again offer his course: STMA 5910 A Christian Spirituality of Restorative Justice. In addition, the General Theological Seminary and the Desmond Tutu Center are again presenting a travel seminar for seminarians, clergy and laity to spread the good news about one of the best missions coming out of the leadership of the Anglican Communion in the 20th and 21st centuries: A Christian Spirituality of Restorative Justice. The content of the travel seminar focuses upon Desmond Tutu’s witness of restorative justice and theological concept of Ubuntu.

Students may get course credit for this Travel Seminar through the General Theological Seminary, transferrable to the School of Theology and Ministry; laity and clergy may be eligible for continuing education credit.

Included in the cost are:
